About our Return Policy

TALOSYS Return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a  refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in re-saleable condition.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing cables, or accessories for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the delivery date.

Before returning a product, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting [email protected] .  Do not return any products without obtaining the RMA as the return will not be accepted.

Once your return with a valid RMA number is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the results of the inspection of returned product(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account from which the original invoice was paid. If you paid by check, you will need to provide us details for ACH or wire transfer.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item with an RMA authorization number to: TALOSYS Inc., 4445 Eastgate Mall , Suite 200,  San Diego CA 92121.  The decision to accept a return or an exchange lies solely with TALOSYS Inc.

To return your product, you should ship the product with authorized RMA number and pre-paid shipping to: TALOSYS Inc., 4445 Eastgate Mall, Suite 200, San Diego CA 92121, United States.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of restocking and shipping and handling (15%) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in San Diego, California jurisdiction.
